Community Builder Sponsorships

Though a major portion of our construction work is done by volunteers and funded through North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, Aging Funds, or grant funding through local Foundations, many families continue have a long wait to qualify for those funding programs. Funding through private donors or businesses and corporate partners enables RHP to secure quality building materials, manage volunteers, support families and provide home repairs below cost. Our commitment to help families who make below 50% area median income make the urgent home repairs they need to live in a safe, warm, dry and healthy home. This goal of helping hardworking local families would never be possible without the financial support of our business and corporate partners.

Rutherford Housing Partnership offers a number of business and corporate sponsorship opportunities that can be customized based on a company’s needs. Sponsorships include recognition opportunities such as featuring your company and employee build day photos on our social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) and a listing on our website. Additional benefits are listed below:


Handyman Level

$500-$999

Giving at this level helps RHP ensure we have the tools and resources we need to help families when they need us. If a tool breaks, we can fix or replace it. If we need to rent a specialty tool, we can do that too. Giving in this level also means we can provide some small repairs, maybe improve a transition into a home for a senior, install grab bars, address small leaks and other small repairs.

Carpenter Level

$1,000-$2,499

Carpenter Level Sponsors help support small projects such as a ramp install. Given the current prices of lumber, most ramps RHP installs cost between $1200 and $2,000. Donations at this level also help replace rotten sections of flooring inside someone's home, helping families walk without fear of falling through their floors.

Contractor Level

$2,500-$4,999

Contractor Level sponsorships really start making a HUGE impact on our families. Most families on our waiting list need an average of $4,200 worth of repairs.

Builder Level

$5,000-$9,999

Builder Level Sponsorships help RHP serve more than one family! These are the community partners that impact many lives in the community.

Developer Level

$10,000+

Developer Level sponsorships go above and beyond. $10,000+ donations helps RHP build capacity to serve more families and helps use meet the needs of even more families.
