Now Accepting Urgent Repair Program ‘24 Applications.
We are now accepting URP ‘24 applications for the 2025 Urgent Repair Program through North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. We will begin assessing these applications for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025.
If you reside in Rutherford County, and are in need of housing repair, please contact us for additional information on how to apply for our Home Repair Program.

Thanks to a new pilot program in North Carolina, if you are a NC Medicaid Managed Care recipient, you may qualify for free services like a healthy food box, transportation, or housing assistance, or support for a stressful family situation.

Rutherford Housing Partnership is a local nonprofit founded in 1995 to provide urgently needed repairs to the homes of qualified low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners in Rutherford County, North Carolina. RHP provides materials; volunteers provide labor.
